New contract with the BNP Paribas Group
CC-Interactive signs new major contract with Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group Ukraine. The long lasting cooperation between CC-Interactive and BNP Paribas has resulted in a new contract where CC-Interactive shall develop a new frontline solution based on the Customer Interaction Portal and integrate to existing BNP Paribas Group systems.

SEAS-NVE extends agreement with CC-Interactive
Senior Vice president for Sales and Marketing Jeanette Harz describes the situation: “We needed a very flexible solution which could support our staff in all the phases in moving from a service to a sales oriented organization and here we found a perfect match with CC- Interactive.”

CC-Interactive participated in DMDays in Ukraine – biggest annual CRM and call-center event in CIS
DMDays in Ukraine 2008 is 8th annual event which gathered more than 500 participants from professional and business community of Ukraine, CIS, Europe and the US.
CC-Interactive participated at the Conference "Live cases: Call-center and CRM decisions" where CEO, Harald Riis Thomsen presented "Customer Interaction - made profitable". He described CC-Interactive unique vision of customer interaction combined with leading ideas from industry experts.

CC-Interactive participated in CallCenterWorld together with one of its Danish customers SEAS-NVE
CallCenterWorld took take place for the 10th time in 2008. The congress brings the expertise of an entire industry together in Berlin.
This year one of CC-Interactive Customers SEAS-NVE was presenting at the congress.
Executive Vice President Jeanette Hartz from Seas-NVE gave a fantastic presentation "From Service to Sales". Jeanette Hartz described the history of SEAS-NVE and how they successfully introduced new sales activities in the call center, using the Interactive Sales Advisor from CC-Interactive.
