The Interactive Sales Advisor recommendation logic is based on rules
that can be designed with the Business Rules Editor. The Business rules
in the Interactive Sales Advisor can utilize previously collected client
information, like age, location or payment history as well as dynamic
in-call input to offer the customer care agent with a set of relevant
recommendations for the client.
Recommendations are listed in a pre-defined priority according to the
value that can be defined for each offer. The agent can track client
responce on recommendations and other information during the call.
This information can then be used to refine recommendations to this
client and other clients.
